  • Cendol is an iced sweet dessert that contains droplets of pandan-flavoured green rice flour jelly, coconut milk and palm sugar syrup. It is commonly found and popular in South East Asia and each country have their own version of Cendol. The Indonesian version of Cendol is more like a drink, rather than a dessert. The basic ingredients of Cendol consist of green jelly noodles, palm sugar syrup, and coconut milk, but might be also served with additional toppings of your choice.   • Gorengan Tempe (Fried Soycake) is a tempe that coated with flour then fried. Tempe is a traditional Indonesian food made from fermented soybeans. It is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form.
