  • Cireng is an iconic Sundanese delicacy and widely loved by people of West Java. Cireng is an abbreviation of “aci goreng” which is simply mean fried starch. Cireng main ingredient is tapioca starch, and have various fills ; chicken meat, beef, and vegetables. There are various sauce that goes well with Cireng, but most people prefer sweet soy sauce mixed with chili pepper. 
  • Telur Asin, is basically salted duck egg, an East Asian preserved-food product and also well-known in Indonesia, made by soaking duck eggs in brine or packing each egg in damp, salted charcoal. From the salt curing process, the salted duck eggs have a briny aroma, a gelatin-like egg white, and a firm-textured, round yolk that is bright orange-red. Salted duck eggs are normally boiled or steamed before being peeled and eaten as a condiment or cooked with other foods as a flavoring. The texture is gelatin-like egg white and firm and has a perfect round yolk. The egg white has a sharp, salty taste. The orange-red yolk is rich, fatty, and less salty.
  • Grape Chips, not to be confused by dried grapefruit, it is actually chips or crackers that use grapefruits as its main ingredient. Crunchy, sweet and salty, this chip is a great snack to have for movie-time, or when you just want to relax in weekend.
