  • Kerupuk Jengkol, a traditional Indonesian cracker that popular in Java Island. Jengkol is a native fruit of South East Asia and also known as dogfruit or blackbead to the people outside of South East Asia. Jengkol have very strong smell, that even alot of South East Asian are repelled by it. However, there are also people that having it as delicacy despite the smell. There are various ways to cook or consume jengkol, and one of them by making it as cracker. Although Jengkol itself have strong smell when haven’t processed, Kerupuk Jengkol lost the “disgusting” smell in the cooking process and become a delicious snack to have.
  • Ali Agrem, is a brown ring-shaped cake, very similar to how donut looks like but without any topping. Ali Agrem is a well-known snack in Java Island, and is a traditional Sundanese delicacy. The crunchy texture combined with sweet palm-sugar taste, makes Ali Agrem loved by most Indonesian and making it a great choice to have while drinking hot tea or coffee in cold, rainy days.
