Ketupat is an iconic food in Indonesian culture, especially Indonesian muslim culture. Ketupat is simply a rice cake, that has been condensed into Ketupat Shell, and then steamed. A ketupat shell is made from young coconut leaves, signified by the color of bright green of the leaves. A series of the leaves then sewn into diamond shaped, in which later the rice will fill into it.
