  • Basreng or Bakso Goreng is a traditional Indonesian snack made from meatball in which, instead of being steamed or boiled, its being fried. A half-cooked meatball or any market-standard meatball, sliced or cut into desired shape, seasoned with various spices and chilies, then cooked in deep-fry method. 
  • Piscok, an abbreviation of Pisang Coklat (Chocolate Banana), is a banana delicacy and can be considered as a pastry. It is mainly made from sliced banana poured with melted chocolate, wrapped inside crepe-like pastry skin, then fried. Piscok is a great light snack to have for breakfast in cold and breezy morning Bandung, accompanied by hot tea or coffee.
  • Batagor, an abbreviation of Bakso Tahu Goreng (Fried Tofu Meatball), is an iconic food from Sundanese culture and quite popular in South East Asia. Batagor consist of fried fish dumpling and served with sweet or spicy peanut sauce. Various type of fish can be used to make Batagor, but usually minced tenggiri (spanish mackerel) is the common one. After being minced, the fish is made into a paste then stuffed into a tofu, then deep-fried in palm oil. 
  • Sate Aci, is basically a Satay / Skewered Meat but instead of meat as its main ingredients, it uses AciAci is processed tapioca flour in Sundanese cuisine.
