  • Rengginang, is also a traditional Javanese cracker that consumed or served in the same manner as Rempeyek. However, Rengginang is made from glutinous sticky-rice (or “Beras Ketan”) , seasoned with spices, made into flat and round shape, and then sun-dried. 
  • Combro, is a staple traditional food from West Java and Sundanese culture. Combro is mainly made from cassava (grated) and filled with oncom, then fried. The name of Combro itself means “oncom dijero” (Sundanese language), or oncom fills. Oncom itself is actually another traditional food that came from Sundanese culture, and Combro is one of many Oncom dishes. As a snack, Combro is really great to have as a light-breakfast choice before going to work, or to accompany you in cold and rainy days in Bandung.
