Surabi, is an iconic Indonesian delicacy and widely loved by Indonesian people. Surabi is similar with pancake, made from rice-flour-base batter with coconut milk and grated coconut as emulsifier. There are various Surabi version spread throughout Indonesia, but most of them divided into the savory version, and sweet version. The savory version usually came with oncom topping, a traditional Sundanese staple food that made from leftover food such as tofu, tempek, and cassava. The sweet version Surabi came with various topping, from fruit jams, to chocolate, and brown sugar syrup.
