Indonesian Traditional snack seller; Baso Tahu, and as well providing Indonesian Food Catering services.
Baso Tahu, is an iconic Indonesian food that commonly known and consumed among Indonesians. It originated from Semarang, Central Java. Baso Tahu is a dish made from tahu (tofu) that stuffed with processed meat (beef or fish), steamed, and then served with peanut sauce.
The name of Baso Tahu is actually a combination between Bakso (meatball) and Tahu (tofu). Because the processed meat that used in Baso Tahu is the actually the same with the one that usually used in making Bakso (Meatball), the word of Bakso or Baso is then used to name the dish. Hence, Bakso / Baso Tahu.
